Germantown Church of God
The Hoslers brought a strong background in missions to Germantown Church of God. Mark and Sue served as missionaries to Haiti 1979-1987. Following nine years of pastoring in inner city York, PA, Mark returned to Haiti frequently 1997-1999 as a special assignment missionary advising Haitian pastors and churches and teaching in the Saint-Marc Bible Institute. For two years, he served the Cross-Cultural Ministries department facilitating Haitian-American church development and missions education. In 2002, he became the Director of Church Renewal until coming to the Germantown assignment in 2006. His heart for missions continues to influence the Germantown congregation. Their son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Amy Hosler, are currently serving as missionaries to Haiti. Pastor Mark received his Master of Divinity degree from Ashland Theological Seminary in Ohio and was ordained in the Eastern Regional Conference in June 1979.
